We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, especially the well-equipped gym that had all the necessary equipment. And to our delight, it wasn't busy, so we had the whole gym to ourselves. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff member who assisted us with our request for a kettle was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

This venue offers a luxurious Spa and wellness centre, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. the private Spa lounge had exclusive amenities and the massage was one of the best I have ever had. the swimming pool was clean and the sun terrace was perfect to relax in. the restaurant served delicious food and the service was impeccable.
The only issue was the location, which was a bit far from the city centre and attractions. the hotel offered a shuttle service to the main areas, which was convenient.

The bar at the hotel was absolutely amazing. the bartenders were extremely knowledgeable and the drinks were made with top-notch ingredients. Plus, the overall atmosphere was fantastic.
That the smaller rooms had high tubs, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues. So, if you're someone who needs easy access to shower or bathe, it's better to opt for the larger rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of town. It was very close to all the main tourist attractions in Augsburg, making it the perfect place to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, especially the delicious breakfast.

The location is central and convenient for exploring on foot. the service is impeccable and staff is always friendly and attentive to our needs. the Spa & wellness centre is superb, the sauna and steam room offer a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the massage therapists are some of the best we have ever had, using luxurious oils and techniques that left us feeling pampered.
the parking situation is not ideal, as the garage is not designed with luggage in mind and it can be a hassle to carry everything to the hotel.
